Do I get a receipt?


Yes: Email receipts to those who have an email on record
5 days for Credit Card
2-6 weeks for Check
Paper receipt to donations of $75+
Send out receipts in January for donations year previous, both can be claimed for tax deductions


Asking for Paper receipts?


Only for donations $75+
For checks include: Check #, Amount, Name, Address, Phone, Email, Date and Address check was sent to
For Credit Card include: Amount, Name, Address, Phone, Email, Date of transaction


How do I get regular updates about AID?


Donate- automatically added to our mailing list
Dishaa- print edition of our newsletter highlighting projects and activities
TMIA (This Month In AID) – electronic monthly newsletter
Visit the publications website to UNSUBSCRIBE


How do I reach a member of the Donor Services Team?

Can I make a direct donation to an AID Project?


Yes, only to projects that are yet to be funded. We only accept funds up to the approved amount for the project.
Contact local AID chapter for approved projects that need to be funded.
