CLIENT: Neha Assar isa celebrity henna artist based in Los Angeles with an established e-commerce store. 

OBJECTIVE: Expand the artist’s brand visibility and revenue streams by securing partnerships, collaborations, and live event opportunities.

STRATEGY:

  • Identified a gap in the henna industry: no one was offering interactive workshops that taught henna as both an art form and a product-driven experience.

  • Developed a brand strategy to position Neha not only as an artist, but as a cultural educator and experience designer.

  • Leveraged her signature henna products to create activations that blended tradition with modern consumer engagement

EXECUTION:

  • Produced “Mehendi & Mocktails,” a live workshop series where attendees learned the art of henna on signature products, creating a tactile and memorable cultural experience.

  • Designed scalable event offerings for corporate, private, and community settings, expanding Neha’s reach beyond individual artistry.

  • Forged partnerships with complementary brands to enhance the event experience while keeping Neha’s artistry central.

  • Managed contract negotiations, NDAs, and backend operations, ensuring seamless communication and secure partnership agreements
